I wanted to write to thank you for your recent visit to my home to look at my pool equipment.
I had prepared myself for a costly evaluation and lengthy repair. I was convinced that the newly completed landscaping
needed to be dug up. Words cannot describe my relief and elation when you quickly found the problem and promptly solved
The final step for my pool project was a few fittings for the inlets. When you said you would drop them
off in my mailbox, I expected a bill for your services and the parts to be included. In fact, I asked you to do this
but you left no bill.
As I mentioned while you were here, my wife had spotted one of your trucks around town and
jotted down the number. We decided to call you and take a chance that you could help us. Boy, are we glad we did.
To re-cap. my experience: I call Whitecliff out of the blue, you get back to me quickly and look at my problem, you
quickly solve my problem, and you even replace a few parts - all at no charge! I can not thank you enough.
I do not need your services at this time, I will most certainly keep your information on file in case I do in the future.
Furthermore, I will heartily recommend that my friends and neighbors call Whitecliff for their pool care needs. Whitecliff
